On a new home, everything below is part of one contract. We bring in the licensed trades, set the schedule, and are the ones answerable for the finished house.

    Nothing beats standing on the site. We walk it with you, check access and grade, and talk through how it gets built.

  3. Written estimate

    Scope, materials, and price in writing, so you know what is included before anyone picks up a hammer.

  4. We build it

    One company runs the whole job and schedules every trade. You always know who is on your property and when they will be there.

Questions we get asked

What areas do you serve?

We work across Southeast Wisconsin from our base in Franklin, including Milwaukee, Oak Creek, Greenfield, Greendale, Hales Corners, Muskego, New Berlin, Waukesha, Racine, Kenosha, and out to Lake Geneva. If you are further out, ask and we will tell you honestly whether it makes sense.

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. We come out, walk the property, and follow up with a written estimate. There is no charge and nothing to sign.

How soon can you come and look at the job?

We aim to call within one business day of you sending the form, and to be on site within the week for most jobs.

Do you build complete new homes?

Yes. We work as the general contractor on new homes, handling the design, concrete, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and finish work under one contract. You deal with one company from the first drawing to the final walkthrough.

Do you work for homeowners, or only for builders?

Both. Homeowners hire us directly for new homes, decks, garages, basements, and siding. Builders and general contractors also hire us as a framing subcontractor.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. We hold a Wisconsin Dwelling Contractor certification and a Dwelling Contractor Qualifier credential, both issued by the Department of Safety and Professional Services. Those are what allow us to pull building permits for one and two family homes. We will send our certificate of insurance and credential numbers before work starts, and you should ask every contractor you are considering for the same.

Do you pull the permits, or do we?

We do, on the work we contract for. Because we hold the Dwelling Contractor certification, pulling the permit also makes us the party accountable for meeting Wisconsin's Uniform Dwelling Code on that job rather than you.

Do you take care of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC?

Yes. As your general contractor we hire and schedule licensed Wisconsin electricians, plumbers, and HVAC contractors we have worked with for years, so you do not have to find or manage them yourself. Those trades pull their own permits under their state licenses, as Wisconsin requires.
