We can take a garage from bare ground to a finished building: the slab, framing, roofing, siding, electrical by a licensed electrician, and the overhead door. If you already have some of those trades lined up, we will work alongside them.

Do you pour the slab as well?
Yes. We can take the garage from bare ground: footings, slab, framing, roofing, siding, and the electrical run by a licensed electrician. If you already have a concrete contractor, we are happy to work alongside them.
Do I need a permit for a detached garage?
Almost always, and most municipalities also have rules on setbacks, height, and how much of the lot an accessory building can cover. Check with your city or village before you settle on a size.
Can you tie a new attached garage into the existing house?
Yes. The connection to the existing structure and the roof tie-in are the parts that need care, and they are what we look at first when we come out.
Do you install the overhead door?
We frame the opening with a correctly sized header, and on a full garage contract we schedule the door company so it is hung as part of the job.
